Both. We manufacture chilled and frozen prepared meals, as well as soups, sauces and components. The right format depends on your shelf-life needs, distribution model and how the product will be sold — and we will help you decide.

Either approach works. Our kitchen can take a finished recipe and engineer it for consistent production, or develop a brand-new dish around your brief covering flavour, cost and format. We refine through samples until you are happy to proceed.

We operate to HACCP principles and design our systems around the expectations of recognised industry frameworks such as SALSA, BRCGS and ISO 22000. Where a specific accreditation is relevant to your project, we are happy to discuss it directly with you.

These depend entirely on the product, format and complexity of the recipe. Bespoke development and trial runs work differently to repeat production. The best way to get accurate figures is to share your brief and let us scope it properly.

Yes. We portion and pack into retail or foodservice formats and can prepare ingredient declarations, allergen statements and date coding in line with UK food information requirements, working to your agreed specification.

Absolutely — these are core strengths. We routinely develop vegetarian and vegan recipes and have particular expertise in world-cuisine dishes, all built for genuine flavour rather than as an afterthought.
